- About Me:
- Mike Butler attended the Ontario College of Art for 4 years, graduating in 1980 as an Associate of the Ontario College of Art (AOCA) in Fine Arts. For several years he worked in watercolours and ink developing an expressionistic style.
In the early to mid eighties Mike became interested in computer technology as a medium for fine art. In 1991 he created and maintained the Virtual Palette -- an electronic bulletin board system for artists that predated the Web.
From 1995 onwards his artwork has been shown and published primarily on the web and has appeared in projects as a member of the Webism Group of World Wide Webists. His art work can be viewed at www.mikyo.com. He can be contacted at mike@mikyo.com

Solo art show 2009 ‘Citta’ in Toronto. To be held the 14th of November 2009 at Fraser Studios, 115 Danforth Avenue, in Toronto, Canada. I will be exhibiting a collection of paintings on canvas, paper and fabric. ‘Citta’ means basic mind or consciousness.
"Citta" will open on November 14th 3 pm and continue through same day 8.00 pm. An opening reception will be held on 4:00 p.m. to 07:00 p.m.

- Hi MIke. As far as creating separate galleries it is not apparent to me on how to accomplish this task. As far as Allan's photo group I couldn't see any means to add my photos there. Are you suggesting I start a new group? Bob

I frequently post photos on DASONET but I am concerned I am infringing on the photos of member's art ( including my own ). I have not been successful in posting in the Photo sub-group. Do you have any objection or thoughts/thoughts on segragating photos from art photo images on this site?
